At Hynes Optometrists we have two categories of EYEPLAN membership:
EYEPLAN for spectacle wearers
Level 1 £9.50 per month + 20% off eyewear
EYEPLAN for contact lens wearers
Monthly Fee for Daily Wear Lenses (1 day, 2-weekly, monthly)
